Service Level Agreement | Data Delivery and Consumer Intent

Overview of Consumer Intent:

"Intent" represents the signals and behaviors displayed by consumers indicating their potential readiness to take a specific action (e.g., making a purchase, registering for a service, or visiting a store). These signals, which may include search queries, browsing patterns, and engagement with advertisements, are used to guide the creation and distribution of targeted advertising campaigns.

Data Inclusion Criteria:

The data provided under this Agreement is based on the Customer’s specified area of interest and will reflect ongoing consumer activities within that scope. Since intent is assessed continuously, the same consumer may appear in multiple daily datasets if their recorded behaviors and interactions remain relevant to the Customer’s defined filters. Such repetition does not constitute an error or duplication; rather, it accurately represents the dynamic and evolving nature of consumer intent.

Refinement of Filters:

The Customer may adjust or refine data filters at any time to reduce or focus the scope of the delivered datasets. These refinements may influence both the volume and variety of consumer records received on a daily basis, thereby providing the Customer with more granular insights into patterns of intent over time.

Data Delivery Commitment:

The Provider will deliver data sets daily, adhering to the Customer’s defined filters and criteria. This ensures the Customer has continuous access to updated information on consumer intent, enabling informed decision-making and strategic adjustments to their advertising initiatives.
